Above you can see how there is almost a golf ball size bump on the outside of her ankle. I took this picture because it even surprised me. What is most surprising is that it isn't all swelling... it's actually pretty solid.
This picture is comparison barefoot and you can tell how swollen her entire foot it... it is not isolated to one area; even her toes are puffy. Also, the way her foot is laid; that is her laying her foot on it's side (this can give you a good indication of how turned out her foot is).
Surgery is scheduled for: June 23rd
This Friday Sadie will have all her pre-opp appointments including CT Scan, X-ray, Physical Therapy visit and an appointment with Dr. M.
WOW! those pictures are astonishing, and really put it all into perpective what she (you) are dealing with. We are praying and will continue as Sadie goes through all the pre-op, surgery and recovery.
